I have stayed at this hotel extensively over the past six months on business travel. It is an older property, having passed through several different hotel companies over the years. It is definitely showing its age. The hotel's staff, however, are an excellent bunch and have gone out of their way to solve problems (running-on toilet - three different rooms, broken TV, etc.). It would be better, though, if the problems didn't occur in the first place. The last thing you need at the end of your day when you are stuck playing "road warrior" is a problem with your hotel room. The front desk is freindly and efficient. The dining room is nice, with very good wait staff, but hotel-typical high prices. Having stayed so often, I now receive frequent guest upgrades. However, the difference between the standard rooms and the premium rooms ends with the better-quality bed (King-size, pillow-top mattress and better bedding) as the furniture, even in the premium rooms, is old, scratched and dented. I have stayed in much better standard rooms in other hotel chains than I get with my premium upgrade at this site. Strangely, the premium rooms do not include the mini-fridge found in the regular rooms. All in all, it's not a bad hotel, but it is time that Delta looked at an overall renewal of the facility.

Despite some disappointments, positive experience. Parking is $9, not free. No free local calls even form premium rooms, about $1 p/m! High speed Internet but no wireless.Restaurant is superb but very pricey.Lobby is beautiful but would benefit from a fireplace.Rooms are small but cosy, comfortable, good quality. The difference between premium/standard: the carpet is allegedly better plus a bottle of water daily.Gym is comperatively decent. Pool, Jacuzzi, sauna are definitely a plus. Locker rooms are grim. Free shuttle took 20 min.

  • Good place to stay

What makes this hotel better than most others is the attention to details. from toiletries to attentive staff. the place is very clean and the staff is very friendly.
